- The Marina Challenge. Briefing 12pm GRYC
- Opera on the Wharf
Sunday 15 January
- Vintage Boats Race. Start 1pm
Monday 16 January
- Sailability Regatta. Starts 9.30am, 3.30pm GRYC
Tuesday 17 January
- Model Yacht Racing and SA's fastest boat. Sessions morning and afternoon
Wednesday 18 January
- Regatta Twilight Yacht Race. Briefing 5.30pm GRYC
Thursday 19 January
- Junior Sailing Open Regatta. Sessions 10am and 1.30pm GAC
Friday 20 January
- Doser Freight Dash for Cash. First race 6pm
Saturday 21 January
- Family Day at the GRYC
Sunday 22 January
- The Marina Hindmarsh Island 2012 Milang Goolwa Freshwater Classic First start 9am at Milang, across Lake Alexandrina to Pt Sturt, around the corner and down the River Murray past Clayton to the finish in Goolwa

Goolwa Regatta Week

Goolwa Regatta Week is very proudly organised by the Goolwa Regatta Yacht Club (GRYC). It has conducted the iconic Milang Goolwa Freshwater Classic since 1974 and is now expanding the program of events, with strong community support, to create Goolwa Regatta Week.

The highlight of the week, The Marina Hindmarsh Island 2012 Milang Goolwa Freshwater Classic yacht race, will be held on 22 January 2012

Drought conditions and environmental protection works to the Murray River have prevented the GRYC hosting the event since 2007. But, with the return of the water, the time has come to re-launch this iconic event.

The creation of Goolwa Regatta Week will add new dimensions, with events on and off the water from 14 January to 22 January 2012. The Goolwa Regatta Week will provide lots of reasons for yacht racers, casual sailors, families, friends and holiday-makers to spend the week in this beautiful part of the world.
